Every ARI suburb profile is built on a foundation of independently verifiable data. We do not accept paid placements, and we do not rank agents based on advertising spend.
Government Open Data Foundation
Our property valuation data originates from the NSW Valuer General, the statutory authority responsible for land valuations across the state. Demographic profiles draw from the Australian Bureau of Statistics Census, providing verified population, income, household composition, and cultural diversity metrics. By anchoring every profile to these authoritative sources, we ensure the information you see reflects reality rather than marketing claims. Planning and zoning data is sourced from local council records, giving you a clear picture of what can and cannot be built in each suburb.

Each suburb profile includes school ratings and catchment information from publicly available education department data. We map public transport links including train stations, bus routes, and ferry wharves, with approximate commute times to major employment centres.
